In search


I began a quest- a search for myself.
I travelled the memory lanes of childhood in vain.
Couldn’t help but feel the pain.
The pain of having to leave it soon.
A search through my adolescence years revealed the more broken aspects of my life.
When I tried to see a brighter future-
All  could see was a path strewn with darkness.
I let out a sigh ------- and asked myself WHY??
Why is it that whenever I try searching for myself I end up getting only darkness and pain as an answer
WHY???

  1. Because you are searching answers in the darkness only. You have not searched in the brightest part of your life.

    1. I am waiting for the brightest part of my life to begin so that I can start my search from there!

  2. probably because the secret to live a happy life isn't there in the past...it's there in the present...live it...do it what you want to do and then ...i suppose everyone will get their answer to the question Why?
