Diary of a Lost Wanderer

Today, I want to tell the story of Sapna. A girl who true to her name, existed in a dream world of her own or to put it correctly, continues to exist. Since the age of 10, she harbored a huge crush on Shahrukh Khan. One summer afternoon, as she sat staring at the television screen displaying Shahrukh Khan trying to reach heroine's window by climbing a wall, her heart skipped a beat.

I still remember that day very clearly as if it was yesterday. I came back rushing from school and dumped my bag in one corner. I made a dash towards the T.V when my Granny asked’ Arre…what is this? Wash your hands eat something, do your homework and then watch TV .' I got irritated and replied, “ Granny please not now. Will do everything you say after this. Promise.’ Granny : 'What is so urgent right now?' Me (blushing) : ’ Abhi is coming ’

This is the true story of one of my closest friends and confidants. I tried narrating it in the third person but I felt that stole its charm. So I have narrated this sweet love story in the first person as if she was narrating it to us. The beauty of this story is that it inspires us to dream and believe that someday our dreams will come true.

SRK rocks!! He is simply the best. I have a huge crush on SRK since the time that I can remember. Even today just one glimpse of him on the TV screen can make my heart skip a beat. Till date he makes me feel like a gawky teenager with those cute brown eyes of his and that lovely dimpled smile. For me he epitomizes love. The way he gives a glance with those caramel eyes and flashes that sweet smile which leaves goey feeling all over, the way he blows a kiss and then waves his hand leaves me completely dazed. I remember all the songs and dialogues from his movies by heart and have watched all of them like a zillion times over and over again. And there are a choicest few which are very close to my heart for different reasons as I have learnt something from them.  In this paathshala SRK is the professor of Dil and Dosti giving us very important lessons on love and friendship in life through his movies.
